Pharo MIT license clean

After months the pharo distribution of Squeak is now license clean. See the official announcement on the pharo mailing list. Great, thanks to all who helped.

Now it should be only a short bit of effort to port these changes back to Squeak Core, and we can release official Squeak 4.0, which is planned to be overseen by the Software Freedom Conservancy! Yeay!
